Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses is a program for small businesses that links learning to action. Through the program, participants will gain practical skills in topics such as negotiation, marketing, and employee management that can immediately be put into action. In addition, they will receive the tools and professional support they need to develop a strategic and customized business growth plan that will take their company to the next level.

Minimum requirements include: Owner or Co-Owner of a small business; minimum of 4 full time employees; $150,000 annual revenue; and 2 years of operation.

Salt Lake Community College is now accepting applications from eligible small businesses for their classes beginning in January 2018.

Deadline: October 5, 2017 for program that runs from January 4, 2018 through April 6, 2018

Deadline: December 4, 2017 for program that runs from April 12-July 13, 2018

2017 PTAC Symposium - "Business Soaring"

The Annual PTAC Symposium is scheduled for Wednesday, October 11 at the South Towne Exhibition Center.  The symposium will again provide smaller businesses an opportunity to meet large prime and government contractors, learn some of the newest techniques for matching your product/service with bids; and network with other businesses who may have experience to share.
